Equipment for Services (EFS)
If you want to keep your organization at the forefront of communications technology, but aren't sure you have the budget to do it, there is a solution: PAETEC's EFS.

EFS is a profit-sharing mechanism that lets you use a portion of the money you spend on PAETEC services to subsidize new equipment purchases. It's a unique opportunity that allows you to acquire the latest equipment and software with minimal or even no capital outlay. Plus, you can work with your current communications equipment vendors, or one of PAETEC's preferred vendors.

Our EFS program also isn't limited to the financing of communications equipment like routers or phone systems. You can use it to help acquire other office equipment as well, including copiers, computers, and printers.

Software for Services (SFS)
PAETEC's SFS financing program operates in much the same way as our EFS program, allowing you to take advantage of the latest software with little to no capital investment. While many of our customers use SFS to acquire our incredibly powerful PINNACLE Communications Management Suite, SFS financing can also be used to offset the cost of other software, such as office, engineering, or design programs.

Equipment Rental
PAETEC's Equipment Rental program gives you the option of renting the routers and other network equipment you need to take advantage of PAETEC's suite of products. You get the latest equipment from leading technology providers, all without any capital outlay. And PAETEC handles all maintenance and repairs.

In addition, through our Managed Router Support service, PAETEC can provide professional configuration, maintenance, and monitoring support, including:

• LAN (Local Area Network) and WAN (Wide Area Network) interface configuration
• Software-based feature configuration, including NAT (Network Address Translation), DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), and secondary interfaces
• PING-based service monitoring
• Electronic customer notifications via e-mail and pager messaging
• Software updates
• Trouble resolution and device fault management
