Managed Router Support Services Overview

Managed Router Support services provide professional configuration, maintenance, and monitoring support for PAETEC-provided routers. This gives you and your IT staff peace of mind, knowing that your data equipment is working properly and is constantly being monitored. Managed Router Support services is comprised of: Router Configuration, Managed Router, and Advanced Managed Router. Each product offers distinct levels of support based on your business' requirements, whether it's for Internet, VoIP, and / or MPLS VPN.

Router Configuration provides the initial router configuration, and ongoing configuration support. For Managed Router and Advanced Managed Router, our Technical Assistance Center (TAC) maintains a constant view of PAETEC-managed routers via a PING Monitoring program, which automatically generates a customer incident report and subsequent trouble ticket if an outage is detected. Advanced Managed Router customers receive the additional benefit of proactive notification from our Data TAC Engineers.
