For Managed Router and Advanced Managed Router, our Technical Assistance Center (TAC) maintains a constant view of PAETEC-managed routers via a PING Monitoring program, which automatically generates a customer incident report and subsequent trouble ticket if an outage is detected. Advanced Managed Router customers receive the additional benefit of proactive notification from our Data TAC Engineers.
